1. License: Lion Brand Yarn grants you, the subscriber, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to the services of The Vanna's Choice Website.

Subscriber Responsibilities: Subscribers are expressly prohibited from using The Vanna's Choice Website to post any unlawful, inaccurate, threatening, libelous, obscene, profane, sexually offensive, or objectionable information of any kind that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law.

   In no event shall Lion Brand Yarn's total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of actions, whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise exceed $1.

2. Indemnity: You shall hold Lion Brand Yarn harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your violation of these terms and conditions.
    
3. Notices : The Vanna's Choice Website notices to subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the Internet, or by a general posting on The Vanna's Choice Website server. All notices to The Vanna's Choice Website from subscribers should be made in writing and addressed to:  webmaster@lionbrand.com

General Provisions: Should any of these terms and conditions be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby. Failure of either party to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision.
    
5. Miscellaneous: The agreement between Lion Brand Yarn and the subscribers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of The Vanna's Choice Website.
